Foseco

For Foseco, part of Vesuvius and globally active in the foundry sector, we worked with teams from different countries to develop a product portfolio for coating products. We built a robust, low-maintenance installation that fits their process perfectly. The machine mixes and checks coatings fully automatically, ensuring consistent quality and more efficient work.

Our installation is equipped with modern measurement and control technology, making the process easy to monitor and control. This allows us to maintain reliable production and help Foseco deliver an even better end product to their customers.

LARV

LARV had an innovative idea: converting waste streams into valuable animal proteins. Together with HBF Techniek, this idea has grown into a smart, fully customized prototype for breeding larvae based on organic waste and biogas waste streams. The larvae are then processed into high-quality proteins for cattle and chicken feed. A sustainable and circular alternative to traditional concentrated feed.

The installation has been developed with efficiency, safety, and ease of use in mind. Smart sensors automatically measure and regulate the moisture content, while features such as controlled ventilation, an integrated agitator, a safe construction, and a hygienic cleaning system ensure reliable operation in practice.

Together with TEBI, we are working to restart and optimize their factory. We are carrying out revisions to the mixing installation, adapting existing parts, and ensuring that everything functions safely and reliably again.
